Personal profile
Petr Trahorsch studied geography and physical education at the J. E. Purkyně University in Ústí nad Labem. He completed his postgraduate studies at the same university in 2020 with a dissertation focused on researching visuals in geography textbooks and diagnosing children’s conceptions and misconceptions. In teaching, he focuses primarily on the didactics of geography and the implementation of new approaches to regional geography in teaching. Currently, he also works as the secretary of the North Bohemian branch of the Czech Geographical Society. Last but not least, he is also a geography teacher at a lower secondary school.
